| WINTER 2009-10 SPORTS REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:
The following sports have a fee of $45.00: (if you are on free or reduced lunch the fee is 20.00)
Alpine/Nordic Ski: November 9
Girls’ Basketball: November 16
Gymnastics: November 2
Wrestling: November 23
Boys’ Basketball: November 23
Boys’ Swimming: November 30
The following sports have a fee of $70.00: (if you are on free or reduce lunch the fee is 20.00)
Girls’ Hockey: November 2
Boys’ Hockey: November 16
To be eligible to participate:
· All participants must have a physical in the last three years and it must be on file with the school nurse.
· All participants must be academically eligible to participate.
· Completed and turned in the MSHSL Annual Sports Health Questionnaire and Athletic Eligibility Statement

The Minnesota State High School League requires that all high school athletes have a sports physical examination on file with the school. Sports physical exams are good for three years. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS UNTIL ALL THEIR FEES AND PAPERWORK ARE CURRENT.
