These are the graduation requirements for all students in Saint Paul Public Schools.

Subject Specific Requirements:

• English: 4 years (16 credits)
• Social Studies: 3.5 years (14 credits)
• Science: 3 years (12 credits), one year must be Biology
• Mathematics: 3 years (12 credits)  (Alg.1, 2, and Geometry/Trig) or beyond, one year must be in Geom. or Trig.
• Fine Arts: 1 year (4 credits)
• Physical Education: .5 year (2 credits)
• Health: .5 year (2 credits)
• FACS/Tech: .5 year (2 credits)
• Electives: 22 credits 

Total Credit Requirements:

Because of recent schedule changes at Como Park Senior High, the total number of credits needed to graduate has increased.  The class of 2009 and beyond need 86 credits to graduate. Students coming into Como Park from other high schools or districts may also have a different total.

State Testing Requirements:

Students in the class of 2010 and beyond must pass the MCA/GRAD tests in Reading, Writing and Mathematics.
